Participants of the “State of Peace” Youth Academy Visit Sarajevo City Hall

Participants of the “State of Peace” Youth Academy visited the City Hall and the ICTY Information Center Sarajevo. Supported by Ismena Čaušević, an expert advisor at the Information Center, the youth were introduced to this unique institution in our region.

Following a lecture and an exhibition presentation, a tour of the City Hall took place, offering participants the chance to learn about its rich history, architecture, and significance. The interactive tour allowed the youth to experience one of our city’s most important symbols firsthand.

The “State of Peace” Youth Academy is a European Union program in Bosnia and Herzegovina, implemented in cooperation with the Post-Conflict Research Center.

We are particularly pleased to have hosted the Academy participants for the second consecutive year, showcasing everything our City Hall has to offer as a space for learning, connecting, dialogue, and inspiration. We look forward to future gatherings and upcoming generations of youth who will continue to learn and build bridges of understanding through these visits.
